Meet the Team

I feel so honored to work with this group of ladies. I have worked in the dental industry for almost ten years and I have been on Dr. Rhonda Savage’s team for about a year. I am the voice on the other end of the phone when you call and the first face you see when you visit our office. I really enjoy my job as the scheduling coordinator and connecting with patients every day.

When I am not at work, I enjoy time with my hubby and sometimes our (adult) children. I have two grandkids who are my world and I love to spoil them.

Erin has been working in dental hygiene for seven years. Our patients love Erin because of her ability to connect with you easily. Erin loves to spend time with her dog Brody and is an amazing photographer! Recently engaged and new to the area, Erin is a great addition to our team! “The thing I love most about dentistry is my patients. I love building a relationship with each patient individually and being with them each step of their treatment.”

Karilyn came on board as a hygienist in this fine practice last year and is honored to be a part of this amazing team. She has been a dental hygienist for almost thirty-three years and has worked in general dentistry, periodontics, and pediatric dentistry. While in college she worked as a dental assistant in general dentistry and orthodontics. The most satisfying part of dentistry to her is when patients make changes that improve their overall health and well-being. She is married to Dave, and they have three grown children.

Her hobbies include playing with their awesome cats, reading, gardening, dancing, and boating.

I am a Washington State University Honors College student majoring in Biology and will graduate in Spring 2023. I have wanted to be a Dentist since I was 8 years old and will be taking a gap year to apply to Dental school and gain more experience in the field. I have worked for Dr. Savage since June of 2021 and am excited to see what else she has to teach me!

In my spare time, I love to paint and take walks to enjoy scenic Washington. I am so honored and grateful to be a part of Dr. Savage’s team! I have been given a wonderful opportunity to have hands-on learning with patients every day. Dr. Savage is such a wonderful teacher and has helped me come so far as a dental assistant and I can’t wait to continuously learn and grow. I am very much a people person – so I absolutely love getting to know our patients and making them feel as comfortable as possible! I am a mom of 2 beautiful little girls, 4 and 7, who are a huge motivation for me to succeed and always better myself. On the days I’m not in the office, my girls and I love going to the park, and spending time with family and on those rainy days we love doing arts and crafts!

I have had the amazing opportunity to work alongside of Dr. Savage for the past 2 yrs. I have gained so much knowledge since starting and I am excited to keep growing within this office. When I’m not at work I enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with my daughter.
